How did you like Eldest?
I liked Eldest so much. There were unexpected twists, more action and
elaboration on the elven and dwarf cultures and most importantly more action!
After seeing the trailer,
are you excited for the movie? Well, I have to admit, I was kind of
skeptical before seeing the trailer. I mean, they cast an actress with brown-red
hair to play Arya. But that was before the trailer. Now, I'm not even fazed by
those slight mess-ups. I loved the trailer especially the part where they show
Saphira biting the head off of an Empire soldier.
Which book did you like
better, Eragon or Eldest? Both books have their ups and downs. I miss Brom
and Garrow though. In the end, though, I think that Eldest dominates all.
Who do you think will ride
the green dragon in the third book? Evidence points to two people: Roran and
Arya. Roran, of course, because he has blood relations to two riders. Arya,
because she's just plain awesome. But I have a theory.
In Eragon, the last
three people mentioned were Galbatorix, Togria Ikonoka and Murtagh. In the end
of Eldest, the last people mentioned were Roran and Katrina. At least one of
them will eventually have a dragon. I think it will be Katrina though. I think
she will escape from Helgrind and find the egg. Then it will hatch for her and
she will go to Surda, or she may turn evil. Both would make a good story.
Who is your favorite
character? I like Saphira, no duh, because she has the best personality
ever. But besides her, I like Murtagh. He rocks. He and I are very much alike.
We both are skilled swordfighters. (I fence) and we are stern and mysterious,
yet nice to our friends.
If you could choose one magical power to have for just
one day, what would it be? I would definitely want to use the ancient
language to do stuff like a dragon rider. If anyone gets “all up in my grill”,
Brisingr!
Do you think Murtagh will ever come to the good side? Oh, I hope so! He
was my absolute favorite character.
If you could predict one person who will die in the third book, who would it
be? Obviously Galbatorix, but Oromis could be up there too. If Ellesmera
ever got attacked, he would be some of their only defense, but he can't use
strong magic. He would be so dead.
